Two-Wheeler Mechanic

About the role

You are the face of Ride N Repair. Every day you ride to customers' homes and offices with a fully equipped toolkit and hand back a vehicle that runs better than it did in the morning. No workshop queue, no middlemen — just you, the customer, and the machine.

What you will do

• Complete assigned doorstep services — general service, oil change, brake work, chain and clutch adjustments, electrical and battery diagnostics.
• Diagnose faults accurately and explain the repair to the customer in plain language before starting work.
• Use only genuine and OEM-grade spare parts issued through the Ride N Repair inventory.
• Capture before and after photos and complete the digital job card on the mechanic app for every booking.
• Keep the promised arrival window and update your status in the app so customers can track you live.
• Settle cash collections the same day and keep your parts inventory reconciled.

What we are looking for

• 1+ year of hands-on experience servicing two-wheelers (multi-brand experience preferred).
• Comfortable working independently at customer locations across the city.
• Own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
• An Android smartphone — all jobs, job cards and payments run through the mechanic app.
• Basic reading of service manuals and willingness to follow standard operating procedures.

Nice to have

• ITI / diploma in automobile or mechanical trade.
• Prior experience at an authorised service centre or an organised doorstep service brand.
• Conversational English or the local city language in addition to Hindi.
