City Operations Manager

About the role

You run Ride N Repair in your city like a founder. Mechanic supply, daily allocation health, on-time arrival, repeat rate, cost per booking — the numbers are yours. You will hire and coach mechanics, fix the operational bottlenecks nobody else has noticed, and grow the city profitably.

What you will do

• Own city P&L drivers: bookings, completion rate, average order value, mechanic payout and cost per booking.
• Recruit, onboard, train and retain the mechanic network in your city.
• Drive on-time arrival, service quality scores and customer ratings.
• Manage spare-parts availability and daily cash settlement discipline.
• Work with central operations, pricing and marketing teams on city-level experiments.

What we are looking for

• 3+ years in city or hub operations at a consumer services, logistics, quick-commerce or mobility company.
• Strong spreadsheet and dashboard fluency — you should be able to find the number that explains a bad week.
• Proven experience managing blue-collar teams at scale.
• Willingness to spend real time in the field, not only on calls.

Nice to have

• Experience launching a new city or a new category from zero.
• Automotive or aftermarket services background.
